The Leased Facility is a 90,870 square foot building on a 0.568 acre lot located at 122 E 2nd St, Owensboro, KY 42303.

Potential Market/Users:
The City prefers a boutique hotel that works in partnership with the Museum to provide curated rotating exhibits but would also consider residential or office uses.
